Last year I enjoyed a wonderful day in the Cedar Lodge Cookery Kitchen.

I had always wanted to try my hand at Thai cooking but did not know where to start. Gillian showed us how to cook 4 different recipes  and they are now a permanent fixture on my menu at home. Gillian made this cooking experience great fun and I learnt a great deal. The day flew past and 6 hours later I took home enough food to last me nearly all week. The meals were exceedingly delicious and they were really fantastic food fast.
